How do I book, and when will I receive confirmation?
Simply fill in the booking form on this page with your name, phone number, hotel and preferred date. We'll contact you via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or MAX within 2 hours to confirm. No upfront online payment is required — you pay on the day of the tour.
Where and when will I be picked up?
We offer free hotel pickup from Alanya and Side (and nearby resorts). Because Pamukkale is a few hours away, pickup is early — typically between 02:00 and 04:00, depending on your hotel. Your exact time is confirmed via WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or MAX the evening before.
What should I bring on the tour?
Please bring your passport or ID card, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat and water. Bring swimwear and a towel if you'd like to swim in Cleopatra's Antique Pool (optional, €15 on-site). A camera or smartphone is a must — the scenery is unforgettable!
Are children and infants welcome on the tour?
Yes, absolutely. Children aged 4–7 receive a discounted price. Infants aged 0–3 travel completely free of charge. Please note that free infant places do not include a separate seat on the bus — the child must be held on a parent's or guardian's lap throughout the journey.
Can you swim in Cleopatra's Pool at Pamukkale?
Yes — swimming in Cleopatra's Antique Pool is possible. It's an optional extra with an entrance fee paid on-site (currently around €15 per person), separate from the tour price. Bring a swimsuit and towel. The pool is warm thermal water with ancient marble columns on the bottom.
Do you really walk barefoot on the travertines?
Yes. To protect the white travertine terraces, shoes are not allowed on them — everyone walks barefoot in the warm mineral water. It's part of the experience and completely safe. You carry your shoes and put them back on afterwards.
