What is the hotel accommodation like on this tour?

We stay in a comfortable, standard boutique hotel in Cappadocia. Double or triple rooms equipped with private bathrooms, hot water, and heating/cooling are fully included in the tour price. A single room option is available upon request for a €15 supplement. If you prefer accommodation in a premium cave hotel, this can also be arranged upon request for an additional charge. Dinner on Day 1 and breakfast on Day 2 are included at the hotel.

How do we book the Hot Air Balloon flight?

Due to strict civil aviation regulations, safety checks, and changing weather conditions, hot air balloon rides and balloon flight watching platforms are sold separately. You can easily arrange, double-check availability, and book these optional experiences directly from your licensed guide during the first day of the tour.

Is the long drive from Alanya or Side exhausting?

While Cappadocia is roughly 500 km away, we make the journey highly comfortable by using modern, luxury, fully air-conditioned tour buses. We schedule regular, relaxing rest stops along the scenic Taurus Mountains and Anatolian plains, ensuring the journey itself feels like an enjoyable part of your Turkish adventure.

How far is Cappadocia from Alanya?

Cappadocia is around 500 km from Alanya, roughly a 9–10 hour drive. That's exactly why this is a 2-day tour with an overnight stay — so you arrive rested and have a full day to explore the fairy chimneys, underground cities, and valleys.

How much does the hot-air balloon flight cost?

The balloon flight is an optional extra and is not included in the tour price. Expect roughly <b>€180–250+ per person</b>, depending on the season, demand and flight duration. Prices move through the season, so we confirm the exact amount with you before the tour. What time do the balloons take off in Cappadocia?

Balloons launch at first light, about 30–60 minutes before sunrise — in summer that means roughly 05:00–05:30, in winter closer to 06:30–07:00. Pickup from your hotel in Cappadocia is about an hour before takeoff, so you arrive while the balloons are still being inflated. The flight itself lasts around one hour.
